I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a wonderful Santa Fe touch, and the bed was exceptionally comfy. While the dining experience offered delicious homemade waffles, the housekeeping service was a bit lacking. The hotel's location, near the Plaza without the crowds, was perfect for exploring. The facilities were top-notch and overall, I found it to be a great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and came with a kitchenette and balcony, but they were only partially cleaned by the housekeeping staff. The service was friendly, but there were some lapses in housekeeping. The location was convenient within walking distance to the old square, but it was on the outskirts of Santa Fe. The dining offered freshly-made waffles, but the homemade bread was missing. The facilities were decent overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The Santa Fe decor in the rooms was amazing and the bed was so comfy, making it a great place to relax. However, I noticed that housekeeping only partially cleaned the room. The balconies added a nice touch to the room.
